Delivery Schedule

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays.
Same day delivery is available for UAE customer only with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and UAE Public Holidays; all orders must be received by 12pm to secure this service

Important Delivery Information:

• – You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery
• – For international shipments DHL is our shipping partner.
• – You can track your order at the customer order details page, by using the tracking number received after a successful order placement. To be able to use this option, you need to create an account on your checkout page. If you already have an account, please sign in.
• – We are offering our customers the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) which means that value charged to you at the checkout is the total cost you will pay inclusive of Shipping and any Customs duties.
• – Jelena Bin Drai offers a Gift Wrapping Service on request and personalised Gift Messaging
• – We can offer deliveries to hotels and PO Boxes
• – We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions
